Banana Raspberry Delight



This might probably one of most complete meals you'll ever have. It has protein, vitamins, antioxidants. potassium,  Everything you need to be fed and satisfied. It's also a low calorie meal, that you can enjoy all year long. 

Ingredients you'll need:

  • Strawberry Greek Yogurt or (any other yougurt you like)
  • Raspberries
  • Banana
  • Sunflower sees for extra crunchiness

The process is really easy and quick:

  1. Slice the bananas
  2. Drop the bananas into a bowl
  3. Top with the yogurt
  4. Drop the raspberries in and around
  5. Drizzle with a handfull of seeds

If you can, don't throw away the banana peels. They are great to add to the soil of your plants and herbs. You can also put them in a jar, fill with water and use it to water your plants. They will love the nutrients the banana water has to offer.
