Roasted Peppers With Bolognese and Mozzarella
1 clove of Garlic
Freshley minced meat (beaf or chicken or turkey or lentils)
1 small onion
Parsley
Tomato Sauce
1 grated carrot
1 Bay leaf
Salt & Pepper
Mozzarella
Process:
1) Roast the garlic, the diced onions with the parsley and the bay leaf. on the olive oil
2) Mix the grated carrot
3) Season with salt, pepper
4) Envolve the meat and let it roast on this gorgeous sauce
5) Add the tomato sauce
6) Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes always mixing and checking
For the peppers:
1) Put a parchment paper on an oven tray
2)Lay the unseeded peppers on the tray, and when the meat is ready drop the bolognese inside the peppers.
3) Drop shreadded mozzarella on top
4) Take the peppers to the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve with a salad or rice.
