Smokin' freshly handmade sweetbread
There are days that the sweet tooth in us craves for something sweet and delicious. Instead of buying bread why not give it a try in making your own? It’s fun and with this recipe it will be ready in minutes. Eaten fresh out of the oven or toasted, this is a yumminess overload for you, friends and family.
For this recipe you’ll need:
Ingredients:
500g of brioche bread flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
275g of cold water
Process:
1* Mix the ingredients
2*Work the dough until it's soft and consistent and doesn't stick in your hands
3* Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it to rest for about 15 minutes at room temperature or until it's risen.
4* Flour the surface , then split, role and shape the dough as you wish. You can make little balls, big balls, animal shapes, whatever you feel like. Always using a little bit of flour to avoit it sticking in your hands.
5* Bake in the oven at about 180ºC until they reach the ideal color and consistency.
