Delicious Oatmeal Breakfast

I recently found oatmeal. I mean I'd already found it but had never tried it. And now I want to eat it all day! 

 And oatmeal breakfast is nutritious, delicious and super healthy. You can eat it in a large bowl or in a small espresso cup. That's what I like to do because oatmeal gets thick so you don't really need a big portion to feel satisfied. This recipe is even healthier because it has no added sugars whatsoever. The banana gives this meal all the sweetness it needs. 

I'm surrendered to the yumminess power of an oatmeal breakfast!

You'll need:

2/3 tablespoons of oatmeal

Half a banana

Water 

Sunflower seeds butter or almond butter or peanut butter 

Yougurt


How to make:

I don't have the habits of measuring my ingredients because I like to had them as I like them so I normally just take the amount of oatmeal that I want for that morning and specific and then the water I always like my oatmeal thicker but there are days that I like it a little bit softer so it's really depends on how you like it.

1) take the oatmeal and mix it with a  water in a bowl

2) smash the banana or slice it. If you mash the banana, it brings out the sweetness of the banana. So it's really up to you.

3) makes the banana without meal and water mixture.

4) add your favorite yogurt on the side

5) add a teaspoon of  homemade sunflower seeds butter or peanut butter or almond butter

5) sprinkle with sesame seeds for sunflower seeds

6) you can add some red fruits for color and extra flavor.
