Banana Oats Cocoa Smooches

Banana, oats and cocoa powder are the new bff's! This cookie is a delicious snack. Or treat. Or meal. It's great to guarnish your yogurt, to top with fruit or to eat simple with your tea or coffee. Or with nothing, actually. It's super simple and quick to make.

You'll need: 

oats (to taste)
banana 
cocoa powder (to taste)
1 or 2 table spoons of yogurt

How to make it:

  1. Smash the banana 
  2. Add the yogurt
  3. Drop the oats in the mix
  4. Mix with the cocoa powder
  5. With a spoon put your dough on a tray. The more irregular the shape the more rustic your cookies will look. 
  6. Take your tray to the oven for about 5 to 10 minutes at about 180º/200º C and depending if you like it more gooey or cruchy, remove the tray from the oven and let it cool a bit before digging in. 
I know it's going to be hard to wait!! But it will be worth it!
