French flair with hummus and hibiscus petals

His best friend made the spicy chickpea hummus, I made the salad and my son plated it up. This dish breathes summer vibes, don't you think?
You'll need:
For the hummus:
- chickpeas
- salt
- pepper
- turmeric
For the salad:
- pointed cabbage
- onion
- mozzarella string cheese
- hibiscus petals
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- rice vinegar
pinnaple on the side.
How to make it:
For the hummus:
- mash the chickpeas and season the gorgeous golden yellow paste.
For the salad:
- slice the cabbage and the onion very thinly
- drop them in a bowl
- add the hibiscus petals
- season the salad
- plate the salad topped with the mozzarella string cheese
- Add the hummus and a pinneaple slice on the side.
Et voilá. French flair or full plate, you're in for a delicious vegetarian meal! Enjoy!!!!
