French Garlic Burger
the world somehow starts making sense again.
You can take the time to meditate while you prepare your meals or simply turn on some music and crank it up to boost your energy.
You'll need:
- 1 cup of thinly sliced french garlic
- 1 tablespoon (approx) of oats flour
- chickpeas water whites
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
How to make it:
- whisk the chickpeas water (just like you do with egg whites)
- combine together the whisked chickpeas whites, the french garlic, the oats flour, the salt and the pepper.
- form a flatten rustic disk on an oven tray (over parchment paper)
- cook it in the oven at about 180ºC for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Usually it cooks on both sides but if you flip and see it's not cooked, leave it for a couple more minutes.
Serve with pasta, rice or sweet potato chips and a salad. Enjoy!
