Gooey Choc Oats Cookies
You'll need:
- chickpeas water from 1 jar of cooked chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder/chocolate powder
- a teaspoon of yellow sugar
- about 2 tablespoons of oats
- about 1 tablespoon of oats flour
- pinch of salt
How to make it:
- whisk the chickpeas water (just like you do with egg whites)
- combine together the cocoa powder, the sugar, the oats and the oats flour and the salt
- mix the chickpeas "whites" with the dry ingredients
- get a spoon and form flatten rustic disks on an oven tray (with parchment paper)
- take the smooches to the oven at about 180ºC for about 7/8 minutes. Turn them and let them cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Or leave them in the oven and they will finish cooking with the oven heat.
Et voilá. gooey cookies all the way!!!!
