Gooey Choc Oats Cookies

 You'll need: 


  • chickpeas water from 1 jar of cooked chickpeas 
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder/chocolate powder 
  • a teaspoon of yellow sugar
  • about 2 tablespoons of oats
  • about 1 tablespoon of oats flour
  • pinch of salt

How to make it: 

  1. whisk the chickpeas water (just like you do with egg whites)
  2. combine together the cocoa powder, the sugar, the oats and the oats flour and the salt
  3. mix the chickpeas "whites" with the dry ingredients 
  4. get a spoon and form flatten rustic disks on an oven tray (with parchment paper)
  5. take the smooches to the oven at about 180ºC for about 7/8 minutes. Turn them and let them cook for about 3 to 4 minutes. Or leave them in the oven and they will finish cooking with the oven heat. 
Et voilá. gooey cookies all the way!!!!
