Banana, Fresh Lemon & Organic Coriander Mousse


Why drink a smootie when you can turn this simple ritual into a chic experience and eat it instead? 

This is a fantastic breakfast, snack or desert. Filled with vitamins and healthy ingredients.  

You'll need

1 Small Banana

Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice

Water

Fresh Coriander 

Peanuts or almonds for crunchiness and protein

How to make it: 

  1. Blend the banana with the lemon juice and the water until you have a creamy consistency
  2. Add the coriander and blend everything
  3. Top with the peanuts or almonds

Drop the mix in a wine glass, grab a spoon and dig in!
