You'll need
1 Small Banana
Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
Water
Fresh Coriander
Peanuts or almonds for crunchiness and protein
How to make it:
- Blend the banana with the lemon juice and the water until you have a creamy consistency
- Add the coriander and blend everything
- Top with the peanuts or almonds
Drop the mix in a wine glass, grab a spoon and dig in!
