Hummus with stuff!

Yes please! 

A plant based treat for any time of day -or night! You can smear it on a toast or eat it with a fork straight out of your plate! This version uns packed with freshly squeezed lemon juice! 


You’ll need

Chickpeas
Fresh coriander
Water
Red Peppers
Green Peppers
Pepper
Pinch of salt
Freshly squeezed lemon juice (and loooots of it!)
Dark bread (or your favorte bread)


How to make it



  1. Mash the chickpeas and add a bit of water, if necessary
  2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice
  3. Add the coriander
  4. Slice the peppers thinly
  5. Incorporate them in the mix (or use them them to top your toast)
  6. Season with a pich of salt and black pepper
  7. Smear on a toast of your favorite bread
Et voilá! 
Simple, delicious, nutricious and super fun!
