Pescetarian spaghetti a la mama

Salmon is packed with omega-3 and vitamin B12, selenium and choline. All of the above are linked to improving brain function, cognition, and neurological health.

Besides the amazing nutrients this fish offers your body, in this recipe it's prepared with just a pinky nail of olive oil and no salt at all.

Ingredients:
1 salmon breast
5 cloves of garlic
Mix of spaguetti and fettuccine
Olive oil
Sesame seeds
Cilantro
Oregano
Pepper
Salt (to season the pasta water)
Lemon zest
Parmesian



Process:
1 *Slice the garlic and drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil into a pan. Let the garlic roast a bit.
2* Meanwhile cook the pasta as it says in the package (or use some leftovers if you have)
3* Drop the seeds on the garlic and stir.
4* Drop the salmon in slices on pan and let it sit, tossing every once in a while until it roasts.
5* Season with pepper, cilantro and oregano, lemon zest and let the salmon roast a bit more.
6* Drain the pasta and mix it in with the gorgeous salmon.

Serve with parmesian cheese. Voilá! Perfect comfort food all year round.
