The Classic Chocolate Mousse

Make a classic chocolate mousse in minutes!

Ingredients:

200 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa) broken into small pieces
1 pinch of salt
5 large eggs
1 cup of sugar (or if you prefer you can replace it with honey)
2 tablespoons of butter

1* Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it with the butter. Add a pinch of salt.
2* Separate the eggs: whites in one bowl and yolks in the other. Add the sugar to the yolks and beat until the sugar is silky and smooth.
3* Beat the whites until they form peeks and you can turn the bowl upside down over your head and the whites don't fall.
4* Add the yolks to the chocolate mixture and whisk.
5* Then gently wrap this mix with the whisked whites

This super easy delicious chocolate mouse is ready to go to the fridge and serve to your loved ones and guests.
