If a pan and a cake had babies...
You know that moment before you go to the supermarket but just HAVE TO eat something? This was THAT moment. I took what I had in the pantry and just decided to try if what I was picturing in my head would actually - eventually - become a reality. In my head I envisioned gorgeous soft pancakes but - hummm - no. But the result exceeded my expectations.
I actually didn't use a pan to cook these gorgeous babies. And they're not really - really - cookies.
They're a crazy mix between pancakes and cookies.
I tell you: if a pan and a cake got pregnant together, these tray-pan-cookies would definitely be their gorgeous babies.
To deliver these babies, all
You'll need
1 cup of oats
1 tablespoon of yellow sugar
Water
Cinnammon
How To Make It
1) Reduce the oats to flour or use the flakes as they are
2) Add the yellow sugar and the cinammon
3) Add enough water to form a paste
4) Form flat rustic discs on a tray with parchment paper
5) Cook them in the oven at 160º aprox. with the top grill on until golden brown.
