You don't have to sacrifice what you love to eat in order to live a healthier life!
A good detox once in a while brings incredible benefits to your body, as well as your soul. You feel more energetic, bloating decreases or even disapears, your skin glows differently and you feel incredibly healthier overall.
And you might even be in for a major lifestyle shift!
I like to eat as healthy as possible and this breakfast (or snack, or desert, or late night go-to) bowl is a fabulous option if you want to start detoxing your body.
You'll need:
1 small banana
1 slice of pointed cabbage
1/2 cup of water
Tiny pinch of cayenne pepper
Seed mix for crunchiness and protein
How to make it:
- Cut a nice slice of pointed cabbage
- Slice the banana
- Mix the water
- Add the pinch of pepper
- Blend all the ingredients until smoothie texture
- Spread the seeds in and around
And voilá!
