Fusilli Veggie and Tuna mix

Ingredients: 


Colored Fusilli 
Tuna
Lettuce 
Cherry tomatoes
Courgette 
Cream
Olive oil 
Cilantro 
Oregano
Pepper 
Sesame seeds 
Yellow and green peppers


Boil your pasta as it says in the package 

Cook slightly the garlic  and veggies in a pan: 
First olive oil with a clove of garlic, add the peppers, the courgette and the lettuce and the tomato. (This mix was prepared by a 9 and a half boy). 

Toss twice or three times. And after about 3 minutes turn off the heat.  This part is done! 

Take the pasta out of the heat. Season it with the olive oil, sesame seeds, salt and pepper, oregano and cilantro. You can add a bit of cream if you like. Then add the tuna.
