Taco Sauce Explosion
If Mexico and Italy had a baby it would probably be this dish!
Who says tacos have to be eaten wrapped in a tortilla? If you have leftover taco sauce but don’t have any tortillas left in your pantry, you can do one of two things: you can either make the tortillas yourself - which is super easy - or you can boil some pasta and get creative and still have that delicious taco flavor in your mouth.
So here’s my delicious suggestion for you today: For this recipe you’ll need:
Ingredients:
Tricolored pasta
1 Grated Carrot
Leftover taco sauce (or you can make your own from scratch)
Mozzarella String Cheese or Parmesan (or other cheese you love)
Process:
1* Heat your taco sauce leftovers
2*Grate your carrot
3* Cook the pasta for about 8 to 10 minutes
Serve while it's warm. May the tacos be with you. Because they rock!
