What you need:

1 onion

5 potatos

2 large Carrots

Spinach

2 cans of tuna

Olive oil

Sal

Pepper

Nutmeg

Parsley

Cilantro (optional)

How to cook it:

Prep a delicious basic mashed potatoes recipe.

Chop the onion, grate the carrots and chop the spinach very thinly.

Drop the onion in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil in medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the grated carrot and the spinach. Add parsley and cilantro leaves.

When the veggies are cooked, drop the tuna and mix it up.

You can add one or two tablespoons of cream to combine the ingredients. Salt and pepper. And a little taste test.

In a tray, create a wonderful layer of the mashed potaoes.

Drop the tuna veggie mix on the second layer.

Top it off with final layer of mashed potatoes.

Drizzle with mozzarella string cheese or create a layer with egg wash.

Take it to the oven until golden brown.
